As we celebrate our anniversary year we have never been busier. “We have seen a marked increase in transactions for family houses over £1m with demand coming from south and west London and also an increase in the number of buyers registering with us looking to upsize locally,” says Paul Herring, Sales Director at Snellers Teddington. “We are carrying out dozens of valuations every week across our offices for those planning a move during the year, which means we always have a selection of ‘off market’ properties to offer to commited buyers, as well as those we are actively marketing.”

“Our lettings team are flat out matching the ideal private or corporate tenants to the most suitable properties,” reports Jon Mulshaw, Snellers Teddington Lettings Director. “We have seen an increase in the number of corporate enquiries from families moving to the area from overseas and are seeing more tenants looking for longer term tenancies, our average initial rental period being just under two years. There is also an increasing amount of refurbished and modernised property available as our Landlords make sure their properties are looking their very best to attract the most suitable and reliable tenants.”
