As the market is extremely competitive, we are advising all buyers to get their finances organised, be decisive and offer quickly or you may end up missing out. Some of the most popular streets in the area include Langham Road or Kingston Lane for the large family houses and Clarence Road for double fronted properties, all of which attract a premium price.’
