Reaching the right market

All this is designed to provoke tremendous interest and generate viewings when your property is launched to the market. We will accompany buyers to viewing appointments to upsell the features of your property and the amenities in the local area. We will feedback viewers' thoughts and comments, as we believe it is important you know how the marketing of your property is going.

Once a suitable buyer has been identified and an offer accepted, we will then work hard to make sure the sale progresses on schedule by liaising with the solicitors on either side, surveyors, financial advisors or other professionals involved in the transaction.
