Snellers have a network of offices in the Richmond and Kingston boroughs which focus on delivering a professional and personalised sales and lettings service to local residents. Over the last 90 years we have built a reputation through word of mouth recommendations and now have over 1,000 Google reviews from happy clients, with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5.

With the summer market in full swing, both sales and lettings have reported a high rise in applicant registrations over the past six weeks, 'we expect this demand to continue throughout the summer months even through to late autumn,' says Lucy Collier, Lettings Director at Snellers Teddington. 'We are offering video viewings to those who don’t feel comfortable visiting properties and so far these have been a great success. Meanwhile, our teams are safely carrying out physical viewings in line with Government guidance, with appropriate PPE and hand sanitiser.'

'We have seen lots of families and couples actively searching for their next home as many people are choosing to get on with their life, there’s really never been a better time to let your property. As the summer market buzz returns, early signs show it will stay this way for the foreseeable future as there has been pent up demand from the last few months,' says Lucy. 'With that in mind, we are advising landlords and tenants not to wait. The market isn’t going to change and the competition will only increase. With more people than ever working from home, the team have seen tenants requirements shift as a direct result of lockdown. An office/study and outside space of any kind are proving popular within the current market.'

'The sales team is busier than ever,' says Paul Herring, Sales Director of Snellers Teddington. 'There’s simply not enough hours in the day. We have a good selection of properties currently on the market but the team are finding that freehold houses are particularly in high demand and we’re selling any that come to market incredibly quickly,' says Paul. 'For example, we recently remarketed a property that had unfortunately fallen through in the early weeks of lockdown, through our hard work we have now secured an increase of £50,000 for our client. People who are active in the market need to make quick decisions as there is plenty of competition for properties. We anticipate the further we move into the summer months, sellers' confidence will grow and we will see more properties coming to market.'
