We provide professional sales solutions to both private new homes developers and housing associations offering new build shared ownership.
For the developer we offer a range of services which we tailor to suit your specific needs. These include advice on unit mix, unit size, specification, advice on the local market place, pricing appraisals with comparable evidence, buyer profiles, advertising, marketing and how to best launch a development both to overseas and UK markets.
The New Homes team works hand in hand with our local sales office across Richmond and Kingston boroughs, to ensure a huge database of buyers is made aware of all new homes coming onto the market.
