Received Rent: To remit to the landlord on a regular basis.
Pay Current Outgoings: We will pay ground rent, service charge and insurance premiums (funds permitting) when they become due.
Maintenance: Maintenance issues are dealt with by dedicated members of our staff who instruct trustworthy and reliable contractors to deal with any problems that may arise throughout the letting of the property.
Periodic Inspection: When managing, we would carry out periodic inspections to ensure that the tenants are maintaining the property in a satisfactory manner.
Current Legislation: We will act on the client's behalf to ensure the property complies with current legislation e.g. gas safety, fire and electrical regulations.
