Advising Landowners
We understand the planning process and the framework within which it operates, having sought and achieved planning consents on dozens of schemes, taking them from conception to completion.
With knowledge of both local and regional planning policies, we can help you establish what development potential your land has, what development is likely to be achieved on the land, and its subsequent value.
Our Land Specialists have over 50 years' combined experience of advising landowners on how to optimise and unlock the value of their asset. Along the way we've identified any potential pitfalls that development can herald, frequently saving landowners substantial sums of money, particularly where we've acted on their behalf. We will also put you in touch with tried and tested architects and planners with whom we have had a long standing relationship.
Land Disposal
We work with a large number of developers, from the biggest in the UK right through to smaller local developers, who have the necessary expertise and funding to acquire your land on either a subject to planning basis, or unconditionally. We have an extensive database of land buyers so if we're asked to dispose of some land for a client we know exactly who'd be interested, ensuring we get you the right buyer, in the most suitable timescale and at the best possible price.
Land Acquisition for Developers
Our Estate Agency network across Richmond and Kingston boroughs, and large database of potential sites allow our Land Team to identify regular and fresh development opportunities. We know what sort of sites developers want to buy and are happy to engage with them in acquiring land on their behalf.
New Homes Sales and Marketing
We provide professional sales solutions to both private new homes developers and housing associations offering new build shared ownership.
For the developer we offer a range of services which we tailor to suit your specific needs. These include advice on unit mix, unit size, specification, advice on the local market place, pricing appraisals with comparable evidence, buyer profiles, advertising, marketing and how to best launch a development both to overseas and UK markets.
The New Homes team works hand in hand with our local sales office across Richmond and Kingston boroughs, to ensure a huge database of buyers is made aware of all new homes coming onto the market.

Investment Disposal/Acquisition
Whether you are looking to dispose of, or acquire a property investment, we can help. We are often asked to dispose of investment portfolios for clients both on and off market. We deal with small portfolios of 5–10 right through to larger disposals of 100+. We deal with mixed residential and commercial schemes across the whole of London and have a substantial database of investment buyers.
